Self-guided Tours: Art in Public Places

First, pick up a copy of the City of Richmond’s Public Art in the City brochure at City Hall or the Richmond Cultural Centre information booth.

Then, guide yourself by foot, bicycle, public transit or car to visit your choice of more than 50 public art pieces located throughout the city including many hidden gems to discover in parks and on private sector developments.

From contemporary abstract pieces that are putting Richmond on the public art map, to heritage sculptures illustrating the stories behind the city’s rich history, there is a wealth of public art in the collection for the enjoyment of adults and children alike.
